I searched for the SF'2 Fei-Long-Version and I found the Char on conversionWorld, but the download Link is broken, maybe somebody have the old Fei-Long or somebody has a Tip, where I can find another Fei-Long for SF'2.

Years ago when I was younger xD
I think it was in 1998 or 1997
I used the Watch Mode in SFEX and Garuda had problems with Bison and Bison was a little bit stronger  ;P

First what I want to say  ;D
Thanks a lot for makin Garuda :2thumbsup: :2thumbsup: :afro:
It was a dream for me to see him on Mugen :D

The new AI is nice but....
I think Garuda is now Overpowered
He is too strong....
Garuda must be on a level with p.o.t.s Bison/Vega or Gouki and not like now :D he beat them nearly perfect  ;P
Bison was in SF EX Alpha or 2 a little bit stronger as Garuda ;)
