i love this chracter
but i have a little problem 
Giga Getsuga RAVE is a powerful move but it is too easily blocked. is there a way to make it a grab? i mean it has all the characteristics of a grab save for the block break.
also i mention this before but never got an answer for it
SWORD SWING (bad name in my opinion 
, how about IMPALED GETSUGA TENSHOU or HOLLOW GETSUGA EXPLOSION?) is too slow and very easy to block can we make it harder to block or faster in any way? make it more fair to the user? right now it for the most part is just a drain of energy, but when you do pull it off IT'S SICK 
, still i love the chracter so please dont take this the wrong way, i know that Ogihci was a lot of work and it shows and he is awsome but i dont liked being ignored, that is way i am asking again, still this chracter is SICK

Fix Ogihci that's what. He has quite a few bugs that need to be fixed and alot of the things that Cybaster mentioned need to be fixed.
Not sure if this is a problem, but when in soul heat mode, and you use: B, F, B, F, x-y or z The background will blink out and in.
Never had this happen to me and I've done that move like 50 times (It's my favorite, mostly cuz it was completely thought up by me and is completely custom sprited by me). But which version did you use that's having this problem? Is this the one I posted yesterday? And if it is then did you do the code patch that Blah mentioned? Cuz I have no idea if Blah's method is a good approach for the problem (Storm tried it and told me it didn't work for him).
doesn't happen to me either, i it is one of my favorite moves as well but the computer blocks it so easily, is there a way to make it faster? because even when i combo with it and there off balance they can still block it. it is very frustrating

I wasnt informed of the release... I don't know what happened but for some reason i got stranded on ignore island right before the release. I didnt get to test the final version It seems i was left out in this.... Um like everyone else said good job stormexteam. your characters rule....

OK Guys i fixed the cero plrob but as for the debug prob. Still working on it.
So re-Download ogihci.
I LIKED the cero as it was. it was brutal, so very brutal

beautiful just beautiful
not to say that there are not things i dont like about him though
and the cero i like it the way it is. it is harder to block and after the cero if the opponent is still alive i rush him and they take cero charge damage and attack damage
my only problem is that most of his specials are too SLOW. 
It is almost impossible to hit with Giga Getsuga RAVE i think it is or his sword throw special in soul heat. there just too slow and either i get hit or they can block it even if im in a combo when i do it i dont know if it is just me or what but that is kinda frustrating

oh god The AI is lightyears away from Hitsugaya's and Ichigo's. There's no way Ogihci's AI can be compared to those 2. They were a couple of idiots with the AI they had. I could never even get Ichigo to go bankai while watching 2 Ichigo's fight, and that's that I was constantly hitting F3 to refill their power bars.
