Cool man, it's really impressive to see a decent pokemon character that is fun to play, are you planning to release some more of them in the same style?

Another update! And now I'm taking him out of BETA stage and into 'Finished' stage... I'll do more updates though but for now, his gameplay is complete... unless you think otherwise.... make sure you at least let me know.

-Neo-Max added, Aura storm
-Intro finished
-Wintro finished
-Super Background for Aura Blast part 2 fixed
-Stun control mildly dampened
-General Hurt sounds added
-Another Matchover win quote added

A small but nesseary update.

-KO snd added
-Stunning an opponent is a little easier
-EX Ground rush kick doesn't go as high as the normal versions, but you can combo off it without needing to Drive/Super/HD Cancel
-Couple new effects
-Counter system improved and has its own Hitsparks on a successful counter
-Bug fixes
-CLSN adjustments

Hm, I appreciate the offer, but I think I'll just stick with original VO clips for him. Thanks anyway ^^

just now. Error message: Can't open GGpal11.act

You copied it twice into the same zip file? And yeah the DEF that's in the root is trying to load nonexistent palettes.

edit: You can crouch while running and I'm not sure what the changestate at the end of every crouching normal is trying to do - at the moment it makes you pop up for a moment if you continue to hold low.

Fixed. Redownload it again and it should work

Once apon a time I made some shitty Lucario edits... Today I attempt to redeem that by making a Proper Lucario of my own.

Movelist:

Basics

X = LP
Y = HP
A = LK
B = HK
Start = Taunt
X+A / Z = Evade Roll
Y+B / C = Knock down attack
Y+A = Activate Hyperdrive (HD)
F + A = Command kick
F + Y / F + B = Throw (The Opponent can break out from the grapple by performing the same command)

Specials

D,DF,F,Punch = Aura Sphere
F,D,DF,Punch = Metal Claw
D,DB,B,Punch = Force Palm
D,DF,F,Kick  = Rush kick (Ground and Aerial)
D,DB,B,Kick  = Force Palm Grapple

Each move contains an EX version by pressing Both Punches or Kicks with the command I.E. EX aura sphere = D,DF,F Both Punches (X+Y)
EX Versions of a special require 1 power bar

Special moves can be canceled from other special moves as long as you have 1 HD bar avalible

Supers (only lvl 1 supers made so far)

2x D,DF,F,Punch = Aura Blast   (Close Range Projectile attack)
2x D,DB,B,Punch = Close Combat (An Auto-combo)
2x D,DB,B,Kick  = Musou Tensei (Tap forward whilst Musou Tensei is active, if the opponent hits you, you will Warp towards them)

Yeah I like using the Negative Edge, it just needs a little fixin up so maybe you can put it in as a config?
maybe, maybe not. Each config option takes a up a variable afteralll, sometimes more then one, but we'll see...

Twilight does have throws which is done with z+a, Applejack will in the next update.
Oh... okay...
Another thing I noticed is that the shadows/reflections of both AJ and Twilight are flickering like crazy. It gets really annoying after a while.
Might disable that. If others agree with you, I will, otherwise I'll make it an config option...

-Negative Edge could be a little stricter, when I try to jump after a launcher, I end up accidentally performing Applebuck instead.
-Performing Applebuck followups feels a bit stiff, especially when using the Magic Meter to extend the combo. Maybe I'm just having a hard time getting the timings right, but just wanted to let you know, just in case others might be having problems.

Other than that, I love your version of Applejack, it plays a lot better than mine, and is very fun to play with.

It's to make performing combos easier. You hold a button, perform a motion, and release that button. That can be problematic at times though, if you make it too loose.

Oh. yeah that command method was a test, I don't personally use it myself, I'll probably remove it though...

No throws yet (same for Twilight)?
I'm not a big fan of those japanese voice samples, but that's probably just me.
Yeah, a readme would be nice.
