Download Mugenplus. Download a hires screenpack, download any characters you like, download any high res or low res stages that you like. Delete that shit you downloaded from some asshat.

I'd suggest you to download a clean Winmugen here (top left corner, Download Mugen -> Winmugen).

Then, just copy the Mugen.cfg file from this clean winmugen to your MVC Mugen, and see if it works.
If it doesn't, rebuild you mugen from this clean winmugen : copy the chars and stages in the folder, and reinstall the screenpack.

is it a hi-res mugen because the stages and screen pack wont work on standard res mugen. unless you know a website were i can get a clean hi-res winmugen.

Did you download a premade Mugen pack on BitTorrent, or did you use a clean install and added characters, stages and stuff yourself ?-----------------------I didnt get anything from a torrent. i just downloaded the stages, characters, and screen pack myself
