Fighter Factory [Classic and Ultimate] can be used to open both WinMUGEN-based and a good portion of 1.0 based characters (unless they use sff2, then you'd have to use sff2png to recompile the whole damn thing).

I know what I originally wrote, Jz. I had a change of heart prior to reading your reply but I know I'll get Angelia's sooner or later, just needed someone else who I used quite often to replace. Also Angelia was a boss as well, also in 3, Angelia's voice mellowed out quite a bit, but 2 and Sugoi! wise, yea I would agree that she was annoying and squeaky to hear.

Extract the .rar file, it should make a folder with all of the files available. If it doesn't, you yourself will have to make a folder, put all the corresponding files into it, rename the folder to match the .def file of the character, and put that into your MUGEN's select.txt file, and presto.

I also just noticed that in the very bottom-right, about 3rd select slot away from the last character, that looks a lot like Lee Chaolan with a weirdly placed lightning bolt. Though admittedly it could just be my eyes playing tricks on me. Regardless, I am officially mortified.

- "x" can only be used when you're 1/4 of health. It consumes all the spirit bar below to do something. What it does is unknown to me yet.

- "y+z" is like using Circuit Spark in MB. I only was able to use it when I had a full spirit bar. Don't know if there are more requirements.
The "x" command was the power-up move I referred to Nanashi. It gives her a slight attack power boost and adds some spiritual energy to her bar. "y+z" is damn near useless considering the fact that the spiritual bar drains extremely fast thus making it damn near impossible to gain a full bar and keep it, even with the spirit boost, I afformentioned.
