Not expecting PSN to be back for a while. If PSN gets crippled this badly on a DDOS attack, it really shows Sony doesn't even have a proper Plan B for this situation.
What would you expect from a company that stored credit card information from their users in a plain text file?
I like to think that 3 years is enough time to have a contingency plan.

They're OK. They have their problems, but they can be fun if you want a crazy, non-FG styled fight, like Smash styled characters and put aside quality. End of story.
I loled AGAIN.
But then again, you're always constantly complaining about how the CPU kicks your ass in Smash and how you constantly break controllers because you can't keep control of your temper.

well you can't really stop a ddos attack from happening. Even Anonymous got involved in trying to take down Lizard Squad, which is funny since they ddosed PSN before.

Some people have been able to login, but noone has actually been able to play online.

I honestly feel ths kid's trying to fish being the victim here. Trying to pass of his bad opinions as valid by claiming their underrated.
If you honestly believe wlanmania/beanfan's characters are anyway near decent, then you not only have never touched a fighting game before but you're letting the fact that it's your favorite character blind you from it's obvious problems.
And Arpa can explain in much better detail why the EOH template is bad and you should be ashamed of even considering to use it.

That's kinda the point of Rare Akuma though. You have Shin Akuma for the "nerfed" version.

Yeah its my opinion but anyways your post above is a good example of constructive feedback.
People like dark flare are the reason most people leave.You don't know the difference, between being critical and being an ass hole.One example is in your 3rd point.Four lines just to say you are an asshole to mugen creators.You can say this with one line my friend ,then you made your point.Use Alex for example.He made his point and thats it.Extra bs is not necessary.
Then All the mugen creator sees is the bs and not what you are trying to say.Then nothing gets fixed he gets mad you get mad.Then another creator bites the dust.

Ya, there's a reason why you don't see Phoenix in Top Level play in Ultimate vs. Vanilla. Seems to me like you're the kind of person that says "I can't beat it, therefore it must be broken.". If she were as OP as you claim she is, more Top level players would stick Phoenix in their teams.

The character is fine . This akuma is the best akuma made from mugen period.His moves may be exaggerated but this is mugen it should.The fact that you need 3+ bars to do his move balances it out.Come on man Phoenix from marvel vs capcom 3 is more op Than this akuma can ever be.

Ok, you have no idea what the heck you're talking about.
1. What Mugen is for is completely irrelevant. Mugen is what you make it out to be. That said, if he was actually serious about not having his Akuma not be overpowered, he's going to have to drop those exaggerated moves.
2. Phoenix was OP in Vanilla MvC3, not so much in Ultimate. But I don't think you even know why this is the case.
3. The REAL reason why most people stop working on Mugen is because their real life gets in the way or that they can't handle criticism to begin with. I'm not going to spend a second giving blind praise. Giving nothing but praise helps no one, especially if the creation is question has plenty of problems. The author begins thinking nothing is wrong and will continue to commit the same mistakes. Blindly stating NICE CHAR +1 hurts the community more than you think. Giving praise to a character just cause they made some work in it? Yea, I can shit out a character in 5 minutes and it would work in Mugen. Doesn't mean it would be any good.

Those OHKO (as the Shin Shun Goku Satsu / Techi Sokaigen) are Lv5... maybe I'll add another condition... like, having 33-50%- of his health.
OHKOs are a very tricky business and it would be preferable if you didn't have them at all.
To me, it seems like you have your priorities all over the place and can't even tell what you really want to do.

Plus is pretty much mandatory now if you have a PS4, unless you don't intend to ever play online.
At least they have those free games monthly and discounts on certain games from time to time.
Otherwise, I would only have recommended it if you find yourself buying games often.
