It's kinda late, I'm sorta tired, and I wanna release this guy for you people to enjoy.

INFO: The Koopa Clown Car trio is one of the easier bosses of IWBTG (IMO). At least Bowser and Wart are. Then you get to Wily and get slaughtered unless you already know his pattern. I didn't really like this huge difficulty difference between the phases, so I tried to make the escalation of difficulty more... steady. As a result, Wily may be a bit too easy in comparison to the other two, but I dunno. Probably 'cause I like the Kid's Spike hyper too much. Try this out and tell me what you think.
Also, if you hit the pilot hard enough or toss a Mecha-Koopa at them, they'll be briefly stunned.

Download him, face him, mess around with him, get frustrated, and leave me any questions, comments, and mean words you see fit to post. And also point out any bugs you find.

P.S. I know about the slight sprpriority bug (attack a helper and its sprpriority is higher than the car's for a split second), but not how to properly fix it.
And I'm almost done with Dracula- just need in-battle English voices.

umm, didn't someone already release this? I've had one for about half a year now.  :S

Cool, now I can replace the original with this.. after I remove the AI of course.

I still don't understand why creator's or character editors waste time making AI, personally I like to be able to change the difficulty using the in-game options, I'm pretty sure that's what the difficulty option in MUGEN is there for.  :P

The difficulty selection literally does nothing.  It hasnt been fully implemented yet.

I've stripped all my characters of AI & the difficulty settings work fine.  :-\
