Hey All,

I apologize if this is in the wrong place but I have been having the hardest time finding a screenpack creator. I simply want to create my own framework for the Mugen game that my friend and I are working. I have no idea how to create a screenpack though and could use a little insight. If you have any idea of where I can find a screenpack creator, I would be VERY appreciative.
