it played once, I restarted mugen, and it never played again

just found it on a youtube totorial, in the plugin line in CFG, mpeg needs to come first

edit: scratch that, music played once, and never again

just added EVE to my lowres MUGEN after using just the original screenpack w/ the mega select, and now the music set in "system.def" (title.bgm, select.bgm, vs.bgm, etc) doesn't play and all the directories are as they should be, any ideas?

any word on if someone's developing a quick fix tool to help cut down on the tediousness of such a task? (I.E. the dos2win tool)

tried it w/ joy2key, the program lets me set it, but nothing happens when I use the controller button
