blazblue char for mugen!!!
this is actually jin kisaragi but the author (Seraphs Ares)made hime lighting element instead of ice.

this is actually jin kisaragi but the author decided 2 make him lightning element instead of ice

after waiting so long for a blazblue mugen char,some1 finally tried 2 make 1
it may not be perfect but at least we know that we're progressing
