Have you ever had any music playing properly in RC8? I think you might need to update your mugen.cfg file. Use the one from Elecbyte and copy whatever customizations you want to keep from your old file.

especially it was packed with other file with in a 7z or some formats which are not popular ???
Viruses can also be transmitted by exploiting Flash or Java vulnerabilities, for instance. In some cases, the user can even become infected without downloading anything at all, if the site has a malicious ad that exploits these vulnerabilities.
