Rather late in response. I came across the same issue. So, I kinda said to hell with it. Hopefully we will get a more simplified solution to that problem and installation of music for the continue screen in the future. For now, this will have to do. Thanks for the experiment, leondro.

Found it. Added the code. Now, for the particular bgm I wanna play. Where do I input the file location? (I don't know if I just made any sense.)

Good to know that it's an option. Now, all I need to know is where to exactly am I supposed to edit it. I found the area for the Continue Screen, but the only thing I see is: enable = 1
That's just to enable the continue screen during the arcade mode. I have no idea where to put the code. (Kinda new at this)
If you could tell me exactly where to find or place the code that would be great.
Also, do I need to add something in the music area of the system.def file in order for me to make sure it plays the particular track I wanna use?

Hey guys! I was wondering. Is it possible to add music to the continue screen in the game? I thought it might be cool to have once I finally show my final setup to my friends. If this is possible and someone knows how to get this done, please let me know. I would love to give it a try. Thanks
