You know the joke was that half the roster of SVC is already owned by Capcom, them being y'know, CAPCOM characters?

I'd be pumped if every SF Character me and My friends ever played as were in this game, make my Day.

So, GUile, Necro, Akuma, M. Bison (dictator), Urien, Makoto, Ken, Gouken, Cody and Vega (Claw)....

Oh yeah and Karin, who people keep saying they don't have the rights to, but She doesn't seem to be in the same limbo that guy from Rival Schools was having.

Yeah I know Akuma and Ken are almost sure things, but still.

I got into MUGEN after discovering MVC2 and CVS2 (both of which got me to look into games by Capcom and SNK), so, SNK and Capcom Fighters were already known to me.

I had also known About Arc System works and Touhou because of a friend, however I had no idea that Touhou had fighting games until MUGEN.

So, I guess Melty Blood and Doujin Fighting games in general were shown to me through MUGEN.

I'd love to see Toxicroak in the game, that'd be cool.

But you know, it doesn't really matter much since I will never be able to play this game anyway. :/

This game looks so great, I cannot wait to start exploring the area, my only concern is that they make the game world really empty or something, but we don't enough info to know one way or another yet.

My biggest gripe was mentioned in the other thread about link being right-handed for no reason.

I couldn't finish it either, controls turned me off of it, I was able to beat phantom hourglass, but trying spirit tracks right after made me get tired of the control system really fast. That and I lost my save data for the game and had to redo about half the game, so I just quit.

Nah, my post wasn't some kind of flamebait. I was genuinely curious about the previous comment because in some way or another I heard bad things about some Zelda games I like, but not for this one.

I don't know why Egoraptor doesn't like the game as I've never watched any of his videos but the main reason I don't like the game is because there is very little exploration outside of the main quest, like I know you're thinking "no more then OOT and TP!" but I think even they had more exploration because there were secret grottos and caves in those games but there are none in SS. I never realised how much I enjoyed them until they were gone, because of that the little optional exploration in that game that there is feels very obvious, because it is literally all about finding cubes that are very visible and out in the open.

I'd like to point out that I was able to 100% the game in like 40 hours (maybe less, IDK) on my first play through without a guide, because everything was obvious and easy to find. In contrast, I still need a guide to find all the heart pieces in ALTTP, OOT, TP, MM and WW because some of them are very well hidden, mostly in random caves I would never think to go in and find, because I'd have to blow up a random hole in the ground or something. (or Dig a hole as the case would be in TP)

Yeah, I was going to state why I don't like the game, but I didn't want to start some ridiculous argument with someone who likes the game as I've done on other forums.

It's polarizing. none of my friends nor I enjoyed it very much, but a lot of people really enjoyed it.

I bite my tongue, I have yet to actually play warioware touched. I just assumed brawl was the original cause I never thought they would do it in English as well for a remix.

Like they didn't for this new version.

So I read that the Dr. Strange movie isn't going to be an origin, and the write (or Director?) said something about baron Mordo not being the main villain (or that he was the villain in the old script and they aren't using that now?), so I hope the villain is Dormammu with Mordo as a minion of some kind. Mind only worry is they are going to make Dormammu some kind of giant floating head, which they love to do.

Also I'm hoping if this movie gets a sequel down the road Shuma-Gorath can finally get some screen time.

Constantine is (was, maybe? there was a reboot) bi in the comics. When asked about this Goyer got all hot and bothered and basically dismissed the idea of that.

Oh, I knew he was bisexual but I didn't know they explicitly stated he was not bi anywhere, the show has yet to show any of his sexual preferences but I'm like 4 episodes behind so what do I know.

Visonary screenwriter David S. Goyer is doing another DC show, Krypton (which had been rumored a while back). Naturally it is set on Krypton, and follows Superman's grandfather "as he brings hope and equality to Krypton." I, for one, can't wait to see how they'll shoehorn references to Superman villains/mythos in terrible, terrible dialogue, ala Gotham.

That's why I don't watch gotham.

Also I don't want to get a huge paragraph of angry ranting but who in Constantine is gay that they turned straight? I have yet to read hellblazer mind you, so take it easy.

So axel walker is going to be the version of the trickster they use.

I still hope he somehow gets air walking shoes.

I like the original over this version.

It sounds like the intro to a cartoon or something. In fact a warioware cartoon would be amazing, I'd watch it.

Dude I can't wait for that movie, I want to see how Captain Boomerang is going to be. Hopefully better then arrow, which was disappointing.

Him and Deadshot are the characters I'm looking forward to seeing the most.

I also heard there is a Booster Gold movie in the works, all my hype!

powering off the console during auto-save.
People actually do that?  Seriously?!?!
Games warn people to not do that for a reason.
I've learned my lesson many years ago.

This game doesn't show when it's saving As far as I remember, but I could be wrong, so people are probably powering doing during what they think is a loading screen, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, I only have 8 challenges left, I just beat level 9 without customizations and now I need to beat it without dying, other than that the rest of the challenges are just collecting stuff.

I feel this topic needs a split at this point, we've gone like 2-3 pages on MVC3.

Cyclops was the LEADER of the X-Men around the time of MvC3's release, he was more than qualified to be in the game. Cable is just an awful character who shouldn't even exist.

While I don't agree with your stance on Cable I was also confused as to why Cyclops was not in game at the time, I chalk it up to the fact that Cyclops has a LOT of hate on him for a long while now, whether it's because he's "lame" or "evil" or whatever, I can see why he wasn't included.

Knowing how Morrigan ended up in UMvC3, I'd absolutely hate to see Cable in that game.
Oh dear god.  I forgot about all his Lasers.

Jean being dead is pretty irrelevant to her importance. (especially since Marvel keeps teasing her return every year) She's still vastly more important and iconic than Cable.

My point actually wasn't about whether or not she was important or Iconic, it was more so about how you'd figure they'd choose characters that were actually, you know, IN the Comics at the time.
