Like the title says, what tool can help fix messed up colors for dosmugen characters when used in winmugen?  The portrait of the dosmugen character in the selection screen is messed up,  and while playing as the character, the color will get all screwy as soon as you move it up and down.  Thanks for any help.

Example: 

You won a round with full health using Heidern, but only because at some point in the round, you leeched off some of your opponent's health via a storm/killing bringer. 

The screen flashes "Perfect!" 

I am not limiting this question to just KOF, but any fighting games that may arise a situation like this.  Would you, as a player, feel that you deserve the praise, and whatever bonuses/points that may accompany it?  Or, do you feel that the "perfect" round is tainted?
