I'm absolutely at a loss at finding a working download for this character, every potential source I've found seems to link to the same japanese site with a download link that doesn't work (I have a webpage translation program by the way, which in my experience has worked well, and no it's not the google translator 
)
I was curious if there were any other iterations of Hibiki (after playing the Capcom VS SNK 2 Version) that I might like, so I did some quick searching on youtube for Hibikis from other games. I quickly happened upon the Hibiki created by HSR, and I've been dying to try her out ever since.
I hate to make requests, I really do, but I've been looking through so many search pages till my eyes ache...only to browse through many various mugen dedicated websites amoung other things, only to be taken to the same download site with the link error. So if anyone could guide me to somewhere with a working download link, I would be most appreciative. I'd rather not give out my email, but if sending it to me directly becomes the only option, then simply say so and I will oblige.
