thanks for the replys ^_^

Pikachu will have some of his standard smash bros moves (skull bash, quick attack, thunder)
but he'll also have some moves that he learns in the pokemon games.

for hypers I was thinking maybe his final smash from SSBB.

I have a few more ideas, it's just finding the lightning sprites I need thats a problem

hello peoples.
right now I'm working of 3 pokemon characters at the moment
why three? Well if you wanna get ur feet wet dont dip your toes... jump right in!

anywho. The characters I'm working on are

Pikachu:


Pikachu is just my first character because I'm still learning. So his sprites are from on my computer, I dont remember where I got them, but I'll credit when done. he'll have most of his attacks and some stuff I've made up.
think smash bros pikachu. but better supers ^_^

Skull bash:




Zangoose
(update when scanned)
Is being drawn by hand, but my scanner is broken so I cant post and actual pic.
just google Zangoose and then picture him a little trimmer and you have it lol
he'll have moves from the GBA games and special intros when fighting seviper


and Seviper
(update when pic scanned)

same as above, but more along then zangoose. Eaiser to draw for one thing...
he'll also have moves from the GBA games and a intro with Zangoose.


I'll update this topic when I get more work done.
also if there is anything you guys want to know or want to see the pokemon do let me know.

I only have 1 nit pick. comparing sizes, he's almost 6,3. isnt he about 5,8?

I remember there being an option in system that you could change the demo so it'll continue to play the title screens music while showing the demo fight. But for the life of me I cant remember the command line for that!

can anyone help me with this?

hello people ^_^

I've been playing mugen for a few years now and I love it to pieces.
but I wanted to get into making stuff for it. So I decided to make a stage from scratch.
At first I couldnt decided what type of stage I wanted to make, then I saw some pokemon chars from DSHIZNETZ and I downloaded them all. Great stuff, but do you think I could find I nice pokemon themed stage for em? Nope. ??? 

So I thought I'd make one  :)

here's what I got so far.

Now I know it doesnt look like much, and I havent even finished sketching the other pokemon I wanted to add.

But when I'm finished:

The grass in the forground will be in front of the fighters and animated.
Snorlax will be snoring.
pidgy flying by (hopefully ^_^)
Pikachu will be in the grass up front
Hi Res (maybe if I learn it right)
hi jump
whatever else I can think of  :)

I'm posting this here to show you guys, and maybe get a little feedback and Ideas.
anything you like? anything you dont? want to see something I havent though of?
