since you've become this good, I'd recommend a rework on the elephant's sprites to fit with the style of your current character

you are missing the file >insert name here<.sff or .cns or .cmd
it is either missing or named differently than the one declared in the .def file

looking good so far
and here's some idea for this intro

here she could start as  robotic skeleton and then 'grow' the skin like that one female robot from one terminator movie, and form her clothes afterwards
you'll need to sprite the robot tho...

The one roomi by inverse, or at least the one I found only had some separation in the pants and sleeves I think...
As for how to optimize the pallette... It more or less goes like this:
Duplicate the main palette and force all sprites into the duplicate
Replace the main palette with the optimized one, one that only contains the color of the sprites that will receive CS. Usually 32 colors at most
Make sure 9000,0 & 9000,1 are in the optimized palette
Extract and reimport the sprites that will receive CS and force them into the main optimized palette
Save and start CS, you'll have a lot of free color cells to add more colors for the CS

I had no idea you CSed Shiki; where can I find her? Is her currently implemented at KoopaKoot's Shiki? I'd be interested in the sheet with the CS applied to it(those strange colours we work with :P ), since the whole character is no longer around there D:.

Thanks for your time, Corvus!

I deleted the file because it was a very basic separation just shoes chest and hair from the clothes.
The very first one I ever did.
After Yakumo I'm planning in completely finish Shiki.

Not only I applied Color Separation but also optimized the palette map in the sff file

Since I don't know what version exactly I used, I'll leave the whole character

the only thing stored in the sff are the different sprites of the character.
by editing the sff at most you'll change how the character looks, for example by giving it a hat.

To give a character a different gameplay style akin to infinite's style, you need to learn A LOT of code.

but if you really wanna try editing an sff anyways, try fighter factory

Do you need it in a sprite sheet format?
Because, you could grab them from an existing CVS geese character. Just googling "cvs geese mugen" yields some results.

IIRC, the log file mugen creates contains the info of what is currently loaded in Mugen. Like characters and stages.
Edit: nope, I'm wrong, it only contains info about the characters. It doesn't explicitly identifies the current stage
