I think I'll install the old one if I can find it. I cannot import multiple images. I import like 3 images and I get 1 image and the others are blank.

I try to record MUGEN at about 320x240 res. The Audio compression I've choosen is PCM. (SnagIt will only let me choose PCM). After a minute in the recording, the audio begins to lag. Any idea on how to fix this?

That worked. However, the other part doesn't seem to work.
This what I'm trying to do. I'm creating a MegaMan-type boss. As you know, Megaman bosses doesn't have a hitstate expect for their "weakness hitstate".

Now, if I'm reading the tutorial right.

It says to add

velset = (prevstateno = 9000)* X,(prevstateno = 9000)* Y
facep2 = !(prevstateno = 9000)
ctrl = 1 (States 0 and 11 only)

2.) Next, the required animation parameter:

[State ***, ChangeAnim]
type = ChangeAnim
trigger1 = Time = 0 && Anim != ***

So, it would look something like this:

Or, for the "***", do I put the number for the state's anim?

I'm also aware of hitoverrides. If I do that, do I just make a StateDef - 3 with it, or do I add them in each state?

So, I when ahead and added the hitoverride in my StateDef - 3. However, once I attack, I got a loop error.

This will require several things:

1.) In the StateDef of all of your character's states, (excluding getting hit states) add in:

velset = (prevstateno = 9000)* X,(prevstateno = 9000)* Y

X is the character's horizontal velocity, and Y is the character's Y velocity.

facep2 = !(prevstateno = 9000)

facep2 causes your character to face the opponent at the beginning of the state.

ctrl = 1

The ctrl parameter is only required in state 0, (standing state) and in state 11, (crouching state) as you want to retain control when getting hit.

2.) Next, the required animation parameter:

[State ***, ChangeAnim]
type = ChangeAnim
trigger1 = Time = 0 && Anim != ***
value = ***


So, let's say I have a state this:

Once that's done, I get an error starting mugen.



So, do I add a whole new state? See, what I want to do is get this super armor code to work like MegaMax X's super armor for the bosses. Please bare with me. It's been for ever since I've touched MUGEN.

Torrents are not illegal unless used that way. You can download torrents of tons of free downloads.
Like mods for Half-Life 2, Battlefield 2. Yes it true people use torrents for illegal reason, but that doesn't mean every single torrent on the web is illegal. Regarding MUGEN, I would think it is. I'm still not too sure if WinMugen is illegal or not.
