well, I wanted to to something different, if classic Kyo and normal Ryu have been already used for the SVC I should do something different so I choose KyoXI (can't remember if XIII has the same look) and Evil Ryu, making it looks more like a Clash thing about those 2 fighters...

btw, here is a bit of my idea and touches done to the image, for example Kyo forehead is not a wall anymore...

I would like to do something like this, world map (kinda arcade-street fighter thing) moving to the right (repeating of course) and the text moving slowly to the left... this preview is made in photoshop and I'm not really good using it, buuuut, well, that's the idea xD

I sent a PM to the original creator to see if he has the complete world image (the one in the Spp is cropped)... if not, I will need to search for map images and make it look cool and if possible similar to the one he did



hmm why not edit kyo to look like kusanagi? (just a suggestion)
would look cool to have kusanagi vs evil ryu IMO

I get that I make mistakes but I go back and update them after someone gives me feedback or when ask me to adjust somethings.
I don't consider any of my characters cheap or broken if they have bugs PM me and I'll adjust them other than that I think they're fine

All I want to say is that I make mistakes too, as does Infinite and everyone else in mugen. But that's what updates are for.

However, please do not brush it off like its my fault or Infinite's that bugs with the A.I. are present in your character B. Its not mine or Infinite fault if issues are present in your character's A.I.

I know that wasn't really your intentions but your words made it sound like we make no mistakes at all ever in our stuff and that is just not true.

I know you like to use some coding that me and him have done but know that what your using is old coding that me and him did. Its not exactly how we do things now. Even still you should always check things out after you use something that someone else coded because it could possible lead to you having the same mistakes in yours or depending on the Case of the A.I., it might need adjusting to fit the current character.

Obviously the only alternative to harsh feedback is lovey dovey nice car +1 posts, there's definitely no middle ground or anything! If only things were like the old days, where feedback seemed to be a contest of how many ways one could creatively insult people, with a light smattering of basic feedback. No they do not go by Infinite's standard and R@ce makes mistakes, as does Infinite, although both have coded some exceptional AIs in the forms of R@ce's Haohmaru and Infinite's Gouken.

AND ANY AI is beatable as long as its states allow -- or if someone uses a broken enough character to beat them --, but when a coder doesn't understand the difference between mitigating the use of a character's cheap states at specific distances and coding a non-broken AI, there's a problem. The fact that your AIs do -
         automatic projectile detects and counters
         automatic hypers when hadouken hits
         automatic combos on movehit
         automatic/100% Anti-Airs
         automatically hopping backward on enemy wakeup
         always starting with crouching light kick and crouching medium kick when enemy reaches a specific distance which it then uses to combo 100% of the time.

I make my AI's to play like an actual opponent rather than just a computer, it's to give the gamer a challenge
and if you are going to make a video please do so by not placing the characters in "PRACTICE MODE" b/c anyone can do anything
in practice mode with any character regardless of AI.
but really I would like to see where and at what point as well as which character your using and when it was updated.

Those are broken and cheap. There's a reason why PotS didn't do these things.

1. You can make your own with whatever style you choose. 2. Ask me what you had in mind and I can consider it. From all the videos you can see we only play with pots/cvs-esc styled characters. So no marvel launchers/superjumping mixing. The purpose of this particular pack is for competition and balance. While mugen can never truly be balanced, I try my best to edit and make everyone viable. It's a process though.

what if I take an SvK style character and just take out the marvel launchers/superjumping and leave the pots/infinite style combo capabilities?

Not sure if it's because I'm using 1.1 or not but Marrow doesn't show any hitsparks and the occasional times she does, this happens..



and when you do her supers, a clone appears, and a ton of clones come out of her



are you using 1.0?
asking b/c i haven't come across this issue

Older pots style was cool, so many CFJ sparks and sounds in characters it'll be nice to see the old cvs2 stuff come back

if I can't quite get down the new cvs2 style that everyone seems to be using I'll go back to the drawing board and use the old one

well, it's going well so far.
I'm gonna change everything into states

normal.st
special.st
supers.st
helpers.st

etc.... so it's easier to manage, might have to tweak some of the commands and then I'll send him back to ya.
btw I'm gonna have to upgrade him to mugen 1.0 to use AILevel b/c his AI like you said is retarted.
he spams so much it's insane. makes godrugal look like a geodude lol

I need you to help to make him have the same kind of groove/style as POTS's M. Bison, + I need him to have a descent/boss like/balanced AI, because he has some spam shit while fighting like infinite supers, none ending attacks, stop breathing imposible combos, it's annoying, I need lots of help on him...
