some are crappy characters, for example one of the characters tries to be a homer(the first homer you see)but actually it's something else and the blank spots-those are characters with no icon that are crappy which i beat up
(thanks DoomGuyII for making EVE work on Mugen 1.0 plus the EVE lifebars)

Well, by the time you get to that many characters, 90% of them aren't even worth playing.
It's not magic or difficult to create that many character slots. Just increase the number of rows, columns, and shrink the cell size.
That's just "reading the f'n manual".
I suggest people use the "big" folder for the " best screenpack".
Or you could download characters and stages and blahblahblah until your space fills.
Then...dump some of your files.
Do it all over again.

2.Esnips can get you viruses.
