thank you both. I'll be sure to come back with an update in the project area on the forums.
Im thinking also going guilty gear with my character since I can draw

but Im doing sprites first. Practice makes perfect. rather see how detailed I can go.

Screenpack thing. I understand. I'll get it soon. may not release it when its done unless I make it better than I expected.

I am nearly done with Concepting two things.
My character and My screenpack.

I need info on the best software for creating sprites or which software do you use/recommend?
and
DOES ANYONE KNOW A TUTORIAL ON CREATING YOU OWN SCREENPACK? X(

This is what I "WAS" working on but I through that out. Plus

I lost all of the animations when my computer crapped out on me......
I am making my Halo character from scratch

totally fan fiction female spartan with story and 2 versions (Arcade & Professional) <--- more moves and abilities.
I will post a large thread of the project with concept art, story details, details of whats going to be included in each version, and what I may need help with.
so PLEASE! x( help me out. I want to get to spriting her moves quickly as possible.

also I used gimp for that sprite but I've seen others use other programs but they never post the name of the program in their videos or threads...

in need of EFFECTs sprites. ( explosions, hits, motion backgrounds, the works)

I need some really good effects. I don't know how to sprite something so detailed so I'm asking where can I find some fighting effects?

working on Spartan and need explosions and hit effects. thx....

still working on jill halo crossover....

thx anyway.. I just needed to know before I started creating her sprites for that animation/move.

wow bit sprites are harder to do than normal drawing... well im almost done with her 1st taunt so I can get started on some punches and kicks and then do a Big post... that'll be next week or so. Be ready those reading this. I will have alot of questions for you because im super new at the character creation and programing part of mugen. Im an artist so im good there but the sprites is new

But here is something I drew up while I was Writing out some few details on her Intros, Victory poses, Loss poses, and some extra taunts that could replace others.

UPDATE:

Im still working on it... so this isnt a fluke. unless something happens to my pc

working on her taunts and character select image. Doing some concept art for certain moves I will have to make from scratch like some Monty Oum type of thingy's.

I do have another question.

Is it possible to have a projectile like a grenade to stick a character? and explode after about 2 seconds after it has attached?
but foreal can it be done?

ok here the deal. I have an idea for a mod for Jill Valentine but I cannot seem to find a Full Sprite sheet of her.
the mod is, Im going to use her awesome hand to hand combat skills, modify the look of a full spartan armored vixen, and add some classic halo like "Things" to her. She will not be no longer summoning Zombies or weapons out of her butt.

This is strictly a full hand to hand combat character. This is my first mod im doing and since I love Jill's Fighting style & I already had concept art of my Spartan concept and details done. I wanted to get to know the system while inspired by something and this was the best way.

I have Photoshop
Fighter Factory
Im getting my sounds for Halo effects

So im asking, Can someone supply me with a full Jill Sprite Sheet?
when I get the sheet I will post the Concept of Jill in Mark 6 Spartan Armor with Her Color Scheme

This is the only mugen game thats pissing me off

I want to play it but it seems it will never be done. This one is the best I've seen out of mugen and yet its gonna take never for it to be completed. Stop adding characters and Finish up. Thats why games make DLC. Have updates come out with new characters, stages, cards and fix bug.
Yo be honest with you they would have gotten a job from a game company if they would have released it by now

so far this is the most famous and yet its the most unfinished.... I hope they dont quit on it. thats what happens when you work on somwthing for years and it seems to be never going to see the light of day.
