Other than that you can also read his stage creation tutorial.

I'm sure it does, if anything you have different versions, which are similar by Kung Fu Man on randomselect, though I'm sure I've seen that, perhaps someone else will know.Is there a Mike Haggar that is SFA style?
There's a really bad edit of SFA zangief (I think using MVC gameplay) out there somewhere, but really, don't bother he's an unfinished character, and he's just terrible. There's also an edit of Hulk into Haggar, but I wouldn't bother with it either.
