I'm getting tired of those chibi sprites already! plus, for me it just won't fit for MUGEN.
I wasn't meaning a full-fledged conversation. Something more along the lines of what they did in Raging Blast, is what I had in mind.i think a "it's over 9000" would be better

Granted something like that wouldn't work well with these two, because these are pre-rivalry, back when Vegeta legitimately wanted to rip Goku's throat out, and Goku wanted food. Lots and lots of food.
Sorry, I only tested the first version (so some of the feedback may be outdated) :fixed in update
- air tsuppari pad ho should get a vel Y=0 at startup, because PX-0 can land after the superpause if the movie is performed close to the ground.
- Hitsounds on pad ho moves would be nice.
- counter misses Goku Z2 on the second attack.
- How about the pad ho super (which could be an additional LV2 or 3) uses a super background and sends the opponent flying very far away, such as what he did to Luffy and the others ?
- If air pad ho sends PX back, shouldn't it send him up in the air a little too ?
- If we can perform A>B, why not B>C ?
