Here's my suggestions:

Dhalsim : Yoga Legend (His Exceed Move from SvC)

Akuma/Gouki: Shin Shun Goku Satsu  (His SF4 Ultra Combo. However, you could simply code/program it as a farther reaching and more hitting SGS used by Shin Akuma.)

Sagat: Tiger Rage. (Upon execution, Sagat does his Angry Charge animation/pose. Simply a variation of his Angry Charge, whilst active, it buffs his damage output notably on his Tiger Uppercut/Blow. Aside from being a Power Up move, it could also be Sagat's special state where he can execute his own version of Guy's Bushin Musou Renge. Complete with the flashy blackout effect as he pummels his opponent that could end with a vicious Tiger Uppercut.)

Sakura: Shun Goku Satsu. (A Super of hers in Street Fighter EX as well as her Dark version's in Marvel vs. Street Fighter-- You could program it as not as damaging as Akuma's. But quite strong. After clobbering her target and the screen becomes visible again, she can be seen with her arms crossed; A win pose of hers that made debut in Alpha 3. You can also have Sakura Petal shower as an effect with it.)

Now it' timefor a quickie one. After doing three sprites of my current comission, I just looked at Dampir's Blair and tought that Sharon could be easily done from there.At least one sprite. So,I took some different frames AND frankensprited them, using head and boots from Vice, Just had to draw a jacket above, using layers and such.

Those names are a  bunch of possible paletes...

PS: Yes, her design is a bit different. AND I forgot to draw her rose tattoo D:

A rather funny coincidence. Months ago when Viper's sprite sheet is still WIP, I whipped up a Sharon palette for her. :p Guess in a way, it came full circle for the two gals

Interesting~! Which voice clips will this Hugo utilize as his SND file? Will that be of the late Len Carlson's portrayal in SF3: 3rd Strike, Wataru Takagi's in either SF3: 2nd Impact or SvC Chaos or Patrick Seitz in USF4?

I messed around a bit with Blade and I noticed that his HP and LK wiff when the opponent is close to him.  His projectile as well as the super version of it wiff if he's close to the opponent in the corner.

Also as an aside I took a looksee at your Hauzer edit. The MK version of Deluge Assault doesn't hit opponents.

Thanks for reporting those. I plan to definitely back track on those two characters and fix some coding in them, even on some animations.

The 720 super feels like it needs a bigger command window or a shortcut command. I can normally do them while standing still and I can't do them at all with this character.

Thanks as well for reporting this. I too at times had a bit of difficulty problem pulling it off. I'll try to remedy this.

Using Cray aka Sabaki's Leo as main basis, I replaced its .SFF file with that of modified  sprite set file originating from Gal 129's CvS Leo; I modified it by adding additional sprite/animation frames taken from Doggie Doo and Nestor's Leo. (Though in the case of Doggie Doo's, it took me quite a lengthy time with painstakingly modifying certain separate frames of his Iron Sword(?) and Wooden Shield(?) into the exact grayscale hued versions seen in his CFJ version and then "pasting" them in exact proper positions per additional and "new" frames.)

In terms of gameplay, (And CNS coding.) this Leo now plays, or rather, re-modified into a version that operates nearly similar to his Capcom Fighting Jam incarnation, with original Warzard aesthetics. It as well includes:

- Retains Standing LK  --> Standing MK, formerly a Chain Combo, it is now more of a Target Combo, as Standing MK has no longer Special and Super cancelable property.

- Standing LP, Standing MP, First hit of Standing HP, Standing LK, Crouching LP, Crouching MP, First hit of Crouching HP, Crouching LK, and Crouching MK can be comboed into any of Leo's Specials and Mystic Breaks. However, Odysseus Vault can only be linked from either Standing LP or Standing LK.

- King of Beasts Mystic Break's effect modified to be limited only to Hercules' Rush and Gigas Driver. Both Supers gain extra hits should Leo perform them when under the said "power up" status.

This is gonna be awesome! All we need is Juri Han (Maybe Delta Red Cammy not getting my hopes up here) and I can see a damn good Tag Team for CVS3. A rival team for K' and Kula Diamond (Team S.I.N Infiltrates vs Team NESTS Renegades).
Im sorry if free time is unavailable to you at this time Felo. I'd help out but the best I can do is maybe whip up some pals for C.Viper if you wish.
Also for Emergency Combination, I can see the SFIV version as Lvl 1 and MVC3 version as possible Lvl 2 Super.(just an idea :P)

Perhaps maybe even Omega Mode moves for the mentioned characters? >;)

IIRC, Pandora was the planned boss for MFG SF game. Will she be planned as a boss character who cannot crouch?

Must say, in these days where Capcom nowadays rely on 3D graphics for their fighting games like MvC3, SFxTekken and SF4, Fel and CvSTA keeps the spirit of good ole' vibrant Capcom 2D sprites quality alive. :)

Sorry for the Necrobumping.

Just to say that I'm about to finish Viper (5 sprites are missing!!), once finishing, I'll fix some colour mess I did(LOL!!) and do a bigger CS than she currently has.

NOW, my question to you all: do you have any ideas of things that could be implemented? New moves, intro, etc

-->These won't be added in the first sprite release. these would be included in the MFG-SF Project. Let's give the team some exclusivity!
- Idea #1: Intro against Cammy. Viper has her jacket put and Cammy attacks(as in that SF4 video)

Not much familiar with Viper myself, but for the moment, let her sprite set have all the general stuff from her original game source. Least, that'll give you time to relax and feel proud of all your hard work~! :)
