before i been able to open mugen with no problems now whenever i try to open mugen it says error loading mugen.cfg any ideas on what i need to do?

there's this annoying crap that keeps on showing up and i remembered in my old mugen file it didn't show these credits when my characters does certain moves and with this other mugen it shows these freakin state/palette credits here's wat they look like in the upper right http://i984.photobucket.com/albums/ae323/khang209/Captur1212e.jpg any idea for an on/off switch on these things?

i been adding stages to mugen and then i start adding hi-res stages to mugen but whenever i play on the hi-res stages they never come out right and from wat i can tell it looks like its zoomed in at a certain angle and it looks like the characters are standing in mid air becuz of the stage positioning like the stage is zoomed in when its not supposed to do dat its supposed to b stretched out or something like the other stages so anyone got an idea on wat i should do? to fix this bug
