Also make sure that if your using Fighter Factory 3 that you are Not saving the sff as a Mugen 1.1 file.
The .sff is saved as 1.0.

That's where the mistake lies.
Save it as a WinMUGEN SFF instead. That way, the SFF uses pallettes defined by the ACT files.
MUGEN 1.0 SFFs have got pallettes inside the SFF instead, and uses pallettes through the pallette group number and index number.
Pretty handy, if you want the pallette to change in mid-battle, like for when a character transforms into an alternate form (Ryu turning into Evil Ryu in MvC2) or for when your character actually glows (Shadow Lady in MvC has got yellow marks, which glow in constant intervalls, no matter what).

Hello again,
I'm currently in need of hi-res diagonal sun rays for Espeon's Morning Sun move, so I can finally finish up Espeon.
And while we're at it, I'm also in need of hi-res effects, which represent any of the iterations of Dark Pulse: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Dark_Pulse_%28move%29
You can also decide, which iteration of Dark Pulse to use.

EDIT: Looks like I don't even need the hi-res diagonal sun rays, because with a bit editing on JoshR's effect sprites and some MUGEN coding, I managed to pull of this:

Is this good enough? If yes, then I don't need any sun ray FX anymore. I would still need Dark Pulse FX, though.

From what I remember, the helpers just appeared out of nowhere, and he didn't have that many attacks. I think he also didn't have any sounds.
Hrrm...okay, I bite. Since you don't seem to know the real authorname, anyone else know about that DeDeDe and if he is avaible?

I really feel like you don;t even search for majority of your request.

here's all the mewtwo's that have been released. find one. the only one that's probably any good is the one you don't want. besides that, none of those even exist(that are actually good)

Already searched there, but not satisfactory results.
The only two 2D Mewtwos in this wiki page are by Ryon&Alexei, which I already have since I'm part of PCEA, and that stupid sprite swap.
The closest thing to what could have possibly useful is that 100 System Shock's Mewtwo was originally 2D instead of 3D, but I don't think that version was ever released...

Never! Not until I finally get what I want!
I don't even care for the gameplay anymore. They only need to have good sprites now (sadly, that is rare as well).
The best DDD was made by someone with Sapphire in their name, and he could spawn various Kirby enemies, but he isn't THAT good.  Doug made one, too, but it's a abandoned beta.
How exactly bad is that DDD, though?

While I'm waiting until I get the needed FX for Espeon and Vaporeon, I decided to already start to work on my fifth Eeveelution (Umbreon) for Ryon's and Alexei's Project Catch'Em All...and I already have ran into a serious problem: I try to make Umbreon cycle through pallettes,so the yellow marks glow (kinda like the Shadow Lady mode of JMM's Chun-Li), but the pallette cycling wont work, sadly...

Since Umbreon is for a fullgame, I cannot use State -2, because all the fullgame stuff is inside State -2, so I had to use State -3 instead.

Funny that you mention that.
I already wanted to know for quite a while, how I could efficientily combine MUGEN with Game Maker, and I heard that MUGEN can be started up for battle only with command lines. The challenge is to somehow make those command lines work in Game Maker.
And even after that, you're only halfway done. How can Game Maker detect, whenever someone has closed the MUGEN manually by pressing ESC and the like or the battle in MUGEN is finished like it should? What happens, if you close the Game Maker part, while the MUGEN part is still active?
There's lots of trail and error involved, but for me it should be worth it, whenever I finally figure everything out.
The question is: Are you willing to go through a lot of trail and error?
