Good ol' Logitech DualAction (very similar to dualanalog playstation controllers). i prefer to use d-pads for fighters, and the xbox360's d-pad is not in a comfortable spot for me. i've never been able to use arcade sticks well either. the logitech has analog sticks within reach if needed though.
