About the select stage thing. Forget about my suggestion turning it into an entirely new screen.
Because if 1 player has finished selecting his/her character the second player will not be able to see the select grid.

Howabout instead of over the character grid,
we should give it a wider sprite covering the select icons and making it look like a completely different screen.

Loving Alex's Idea. I'm now trying to merge all SP select screen ideas into one.
But before that here's a start screen concept:


I decide to use [Judas]'s logo (w/ a little revamp) coz it looks pretty bad-ass.

Now working on:
~Revamping the select screen
~Main Menu. (I need suggestions)

I have no idea for the bg as of now though this is what I only thought up so far ._.


I think it would look good with a Funky Club-like BG. And I guess two flags are a bit awkward? IDK that's just me.

I guess he won't do that for free.

He's a friend of mine XD

It's also better to have someone that will be doing this for the long haul. This project will take a long time. If he does some artwork and drops out the art would then have to change and become inconsistent.

That's why I'm waiting until the whole roster is decided. I could ask him now for the generic-always-there-chars but the updates could be a problem.

What do you think of this guy's art? If you think It's good I think I can make him do ports for us. But I'm not really 100% sure coz maybe he's busy w/ his job.

EDIT: I think one stage per country is enough (Plus boss stages and stuff). But that's me anyway.

place it on the moon sprite's code.

I suggest we should put up a "random ideas discussion center" and maybe get some good crazy ideas along the way. Worked for us back in the DotA community. XD
