Oh right. Is this in reference to the version of Mugen on the original Xbox? If so, what version of Mugen does it run / is based on?

Winmugen low-res.  Even tho Xbox is linux based i create content with the winmugen pc engine then convert & rename everything.I have even resampled hi-res screenpacks and recoded the system.def file to enable proper display while playing mugen on Xbox. especially since creation starts in a 320x240 environment. my last screenpack was Super Street Fighter 3 Evo.
looking to make more releases once I'm done updating the site.

Hi everyone.

I opened a new site that is dedicated to mugen on the xbox.
The reason of this post is to let authors and other creators know that we welcome them to also share what they do or their creations. I am always about contributing back & even donating to the cause.
My latest project is RXMugen. and would love to convert any mugen games granted with permission .
Creators can also make a profile for their content with external links in our download manager.
I also offer a rewards payout system for contributors.  If anyone is interested please visit:
http://revolutionxmugen.com for more details.

thanks for reading.

Re: Project EF-12 (a free customizable 3D fighting game engine)

I am a college graduate in graphical design plus went to gaming school. I have been working with Maya, Luxology Modo, Unity 3D and to mention the Universal Fighting Engine tool kit since those platforms have came out. A developer has to have a crazy amount of skill, technology, not to mention a passionate work ethic to start building with EF-12. I downloaded the EF-12 Concept yesterday. I am excited to work with it more once it evolves into something like MUGEN, with additional modes, etc. hopefully the fighting characteristics can be tweaked into programing a fighter the way you want, like you can in UFF3. EF-12 is very flashy and containing potential for 3D fighting tho. Not bad for its first demo release. I kinda prefer 2D or 2.5D better. Looking forward to more progress!

What's up Every One!? I started a Free for all Homebrew, Mugen , XMugen ( a.k.a linux mugen on the original Xbox )

Community at my website. If you like 2D fighters come check us out!

http://eternalrealmsgaming.com
Anyways I am revamping my project MK Vs SF Eternal Edition! I plan on rendering and rigging all

fighters in Maya and Blender using 2.5D methods. This project is for Mugen and XMugen gamers! The characters, lifebars,

music, screenpack, stages, etc will be done by me from the ground up on coding, graphical, and programing. I started some

beta ideas from earlier videos but would appreciate constructive feedback on what fans would like to see in this release!

Why Mugen? Well for Instance Mugen Is My Passion & majority of people would like to have this game for their PC or played on a original modded

Xbox instead of today's expensive consoles.so if members here like this idea and would want to express their input please

feel free!

My Ideas for MK Vs SF:

Character Design:

Something like the current MK9 or Injustice Gods Among Us style.

Combo system:

(3) Kick
(3) Punch chain type auto cancel with juggles. ( maybe air combos )

Announcer level hit & damage meter.

Guard system:

Advance break or reversal method like tekken or killer instinct.

Hold back or back down. This eliminates using a button for blocking. ( but may be to easy to defend )

This is The New Final Professional Life bars, Power and Special Gauges. I am working on all the other health and flashy

sprites this week. I made them sleek and lean so the stages would show up more as well.

Details For Life Bars:

( A ) Health Meter. ( Each Fighter's Health Indicator. )

( B ) Advanced Special Power Move Indicator. (Each Fighter will have their own ASP Move.)

( C ) Advanced Breaker Indicator. (You can break combos when flashing.)

( D ) Power Level Indicator. ( Shows Power of 1 or more levels. )

( E ) Power Build Up Level Meter. ( Will Flash on Increasing point to Max. )

* More details to share upon stages of development *

Thanks for reading and hope everyone has a fantastic afternoon!

correct about mk 2012 guys, but the fighting styles still flow like 3D to me with a lot of floating or silly juggles. this is why im stating 2D creation done my way. I will also be coding a (3)x punch and (3)xkick chain system. this will enable a short to strong punch and short to hard kick. thanks for the replies everyone!

@The Real Niko: Yes I realize the sprite creation time. each sprite takes me about 4 to 8 hours to finish.
I already have a stance sheet done and ready for animation. thanks for your reply!

@  F. James Fernandez: thanks for you opinions and reply! well i am making this character low-res on the account he will function in xmugen.animation isn't a problem at all for me to do, and the rendered detail is created from me being so dang meticulous or a perfectionist lol.the smith micro anime studio is a piece of cake to use on rigging images.i slice and code every aspect of the model's body to move completely structured joint by joint bone by bone. The reason i want to make this character unique is to step away from the UMK3 type fighter style and get close to something like the mortal kombat 2012 release but in 2D done my way. each sprite sheet i create will be completed for a certain animation. I will be posting some videos or screen shots soon on the stance animation, rigging or new movements.once those are completed then i will move on to forward and backward walking animation. Its going to take time but a great release to share and play!

@Graphicus:

Okay i see what you are taking about! thats a good eye for detail man! I also want to make the animation kinda fluid to where the costumes flow in game play.
maybe like a blur or ink transition upon hits or movement. which will probably be a coded element. thanks for your reply Graphicus!

Hi everyone! this is my custom scorpion character i have been working on. i have been rendering sprites each day. It's very tedious but fun and exciting!
I have animation studio pro to where I can slice all the images, apply bones to rig new animations. I plan on fully blending each sprite to my best ability
before i code each animation.
please tell me what you guys think or can offer any advice. thanks!
