I know that this problem has been brought up before in other topics but nothing worked for me. Basically once I've changed the sff of these characters (not exclusive but mostly these 2 types of characters) to mugen 1.1 and have added in new portraits, the character in question is only able to use a single pallete. It would really help me out if some one could help me because a lot of the 1.1 screenpacks are really cool but recquire a custom port.

I get this message whenever I try to fight a character after choosing my own. This is with Iori but happens with most other characyers as well

in the beta I didn't implement it yet in this current one, the BG changes and thanks to Mark and Diss stages I learn how to do it.

So I'm using this mugen 1.1 screenpack with custom portraits, however when I add the custom port to some characters, (Pots Ken, GokuZ2, 9's Rouga Zanma) the palletes get messed up. I can only select the default pallete, and for every characters small select icon, the pallete is permantly reversed to the default template. I'd like to fix this so if you guys can help me out that would be great!

Instead of having her left forearm come towards her chest, how about having it still as if in a wrestling type stance? Or if you're going for a striker type stance have the left arm be up and move in the same motion as the feet. Also this may just be me but I notice on one frame her right leg loses some shading. It looks good though, I'm assuming it's an original character? I like the design.

Sooo Fighter Factory is fucking up the speed of the animation when i convert it to a gif file, but does anyone know how to make sprite animations besides FF3?

I probably shouldnt have made a gif of this since i kinda edited the upper body heavily but I guess this is more for the lower body than the upper body. How does the animation of the kick look so far?
