Thanks for the answer but which portrait btw? As I can see here, my 9000,1 portrait is at the last of my sff but the 9000,0 is the 1st one. And can you please guide me how to switch the orders of the sprites in the sff?

Hi! I just downloaded Kamekaze's Rugal, the EX one. I'm using Mugen 1.1 and added custom pots. I was wondering why his palette changes every round. I'm not sure if it's because of something I did or a bug. Thanks in advance for answering!
