I think they are also good, but I've never used XNALara files, I use direct .obj files

What skeleton do you use?
I use the primitive man skeleton, then i apply automatic weights and to improve to rig i use wieght paint.
Also just a temporary fix for the stiff hands I edit the models hands into fists so it looks better ingame 
Looks like were the only 2 people who do characters for ef12 at the moment

Finally mastered the art of rigging characters for EF-12, it's a pain in the ass, but it's worth it.
Ignore the bad quality of the game, I can barely run it on my laptop, I had to put the resolution down to 600x400, it will defently look better on your PC.

Place the folder under data/char and you have to add the character in select.ini I suppose
