For starters, I can't get any sound to playback when I add the notes.

The "00" numbers at the end of a note (like let's say... "C-3") when I type them in.

And there isn't any tutorial I can find that shows you how to fix that..

I've been looking for this stage forever, and I have not been able to find it.

I know it exists in Mugen because I've seen screenshots and videos of people using it, but there seems to be nowhere on the internet that has it.

Problems with duplicate palettes

I have a "win portrait" that has the exact same palette as the main character, but it has its own palette, which is a complete duplicate.

But it's IMPOSSIBLE to remove, I delete it, and when I open the character back up, it keeps coming back!

Yes, I did click "apply current palette to sprite", it STILL didn't work.

Not even saving it as an image file, going to the "palette editor", and clicking "insert current palette to images" works.

Is there a possible way to remove the duplicate palette?

For his intro: He throws the brown "Street Fighter" jacket he has on in the intro to the original Street Fighter
For his victory: He throws both his arms up in the air like he does in the original SF
For his taunt: He pounds his fists together

Sad news: No Gouken in SFOne, sorry but it appears that the project is not of much interest despite upload images and videos on FaceBook or forums so, I just made the fixes in the endings and the game will be upload.

Will you upload the Gouken character for us to download individually?

I may have fixed this problem, I just needed to set the alt sounds to a few more playsnd sections.

[State 1000, 8]
type = PlaySnd
triggerall = PalNo < 6
trigger1 = Time = 18
value = 10,0
channel = 0

[State 1000, 8]
type = PlaySnd
triggerall = PalNo > 7
trigger1 = Time = 18
value = 300, 0
channel = 0

The 10,0 is the normal sound, and 300, 0 is the alt sound.

I tried switching around the < and > , switching the numbers.

And NOTHING works, it just plays the default sound!

If you select pal 7, the sound plays just fine, but 9 and 12, they play the normal sound.

I can officially confirm, that giving Evil character their own "Demonic Hadouken" is without a doubt.

IMPOSSIBLE.

I semi fixed the problem, but I have a new one.

Instead of the "SINKUUU, HADOUKEN!" it plays the two clips for the normal "Hadouken!" all because I added a separate voice clip to match the "Evil" form.

And the "Evil" form's Shinku Hadouken has the voice clips swapped around.

And the "Evil" form's "Hadouken" clip won't play, it plays the normal voice clip.

Also, a super move has 2 voice clips, if I add in alt voices for a palette, and only the second one plays!

And if I set the first one to "time= 1" only the first one plays!

I'm starting to think there's just absolutely no way possible to get this to work.

In "Normal mode" I want 10, 1 to play.

Also switching the < and > around won't help.

I have an "Evil" version of a character by selecting palette 7, and I wanted to give it different voice clips.

But for some reason, the new ones automatically replace the old ones!

Here's what I did.

[State 1000, 8]
Triggerall = Palno > 6
type = PlaySnd
trigger1 = Time = 0
value = 10,1
channel = 0
[State 1000, 8]
type = PlaySnd
triggerall = PalNo < 7
trigger1 = Time = 0
value = 300, 1
channel = 0

That's how another character did it, I don't know why it doesn't work for mine.

Did you add the state?

Yes I did.

Okay, I did remove the palno code, I also simplified the button combination down to LP LP, and it technically works, but it's seriously broken.

You have to repeatedly do the button combination over and over to get it to work only if your opponent is near you, it does no damage to the opponent whatsoever.

I fixed it! I just needed to add the "Grabbed by the Shun Goku Satsu".

I'm guessing MUGEN doesn't crash anymore then? (you said it rendered the character unusable).

In which case, make sure you're selecting (at least) palette number seven. Try commenting/deleting the "palno" triggers and see if it works.

I deleted the palno code, still doesn't work.

I mean the CMD file, that trigger would only fail if a "shungokusatsu" command does not exist in the CMD.

Command definitions look like this:

Code:
[Command]
name = "2hcb"
command = ~F, $D, B, F, $D, B
time = 37

You might not be able to see the extension, they're usually files with the ".cmd" extension.

I did find it, and put it in, and the move won't work whatsoever.
