That's what I was thinking really, I guess I just needed to know the codes to do it. My biggest inspiration of doing this is from the new Guilty Gear Xrd game. Trying to create something to that effect.

But I'll check out those Z2 character finishers, might help me out.

As my name implies, I am currently trying to create my own 2D fighting game, using M.U.G.EN as an engine for it.

But...I am more of an animator that I am a programmer. And I like my game to stand out by making it more cinema oriented (by making the super/ultra movies be movie-like). So my problem lies in how am I able to insert cinematic cutscenes into M.U.G.EN, particularly in super/ultra moves, if M.U.G.E.N is able to handle something like that?

I appreciate your help on this, and I think any info on this subject will help out.
