Here's something i noticed after you do Kaisen Dankairaku and when the P2 is lying on the floor the sprites jump up slightly then it goes back to the floor, if needed i will post a pic of what i mean other then what's been said she's pretty good overall

Sadly the database hasn't been updated for while just go to releases 1.0+ filter it to char not hd then keep on going through the pages till you gind it or you could type in google haohmaru by race, k by zordon if that don't show up with the char then put mugen behind it always does the trick for me hope that helps
You could try Warusaki's Jotaro.
IDK that warusaki made jotaro kujo thanks will try it out
