All I need to do now is make the EX Projectile that hits multiple times and test it with the reflector. Then I'll be finished with this portion. @JMorphMan: Didn't you come up with a good way to have multi hitting projectiles get destroyed in the manner they should? The reflector may need to be adapted to that as well, not sure yet.
I recently updated Guile to fix his EX projectile (which hits twice), and it more or less behaves the way multi-hit special projectiles do in SFA and CvS (where they die immediately after colliding with another any other projectile, including single hit ones, even if they're supposed to hit multiple times). But I'm not sure if that behavior should be used for Kung Fu Man; perhaps a more simple projectile behavior would be best, like the one from SFIV (wherein a projectile has a certain number of hits, and when it's exhausted all of its possible hits, whether by hitting an opponent or colliding with a projectile or what have you, it dies).

The latter just seems more simple and intuitive, and it's also how multi-hit super projectiles work in SFA and CvS. there is a smallish issue, though).]And also there's a small issue that the former method has in MUGEN because MUGEN sucks.[/url]

Arizona State Senate on Wednesday has passed a bill ( SB1142 ) that will make it legal for police to track and seize up property from protesters, violent and peaceful alike. This bill by all accounted rights is considered unconstitutional, as it goes against the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Sighs...I thought I was living in a free country. This is turning into real shit real fast.

Those gaps can be filled in with an image editor. The reason I didn't fill them in is pretty much due to not having enough time for myself. Filling them in shouldn't be too hard honestly. The only part that would have to be sprited are the red parts, so as to match the tail. Then again, you might have to edit some parts to make the whole frame cohesive with the given animation.

I mean, you don't actually have to incorporate this. Maybe you could make the illusion of it being heavy hitting by playing around with the animation timing in Fighter Factory or something. It's just that it feels fast as all fuck, something you probably wouldn't see in a move as heavy hitting as that, y'know?

I notice a frame that has broken gaps and a red mark. Are these gaps easy for me to fill in by editing through Adobe Photoshop or whatever image editing program?

Fast and Furious 7

It was a good movie but the series goes out of the traditional street racing which it created and represented and goes to more of a "heist" thing.
The plot was alright,the action scenes were cool and an ending so sad and nostalgic it will hit you right in the damn feels.

It would be funny to say I was born in the wrong generation, but I was born in the 2000's but lived in the 90's. I have a SNES, watched movies like Toy Story as a kid and sang Bon Jovi as a kid. Good part of it due to my brother, but to make it short, Im basically a 90's kid that was born in the 00's ( not complaining about 00's and saying I was born in the wrong generation, dont get me wrong ).
Also, does age really matter when something is as good as The Godfather? Clockwork Orange? The Warriors? Star Wars ( Classic Trilogy )? They're just that good.

i think it's said here earlier i this thread by Z2 guys that he will have rekkas (how  the fighting game community can think of for special move names is amazing)
and i think Tien should be not afraid to get shot but not be a victim of Launch's temper :mlol:

Because I didn't have the time or need to write, but OK, you want me to list? ( Also never said it sucked, his sprites for someone new are getting quite better, if you ask me.
 1. There are too little colors in the shading, like 3 for each color and the outlines are too dark.
 2. The boots have basically no shading.
 3. The tail is 1 solid color and a dark outline.
 4. His eye is 1 solid color.
 5. His pose, while looking a bit like a combat stance, doesn't quite make it for me, he should've his arms crossed and standing up straight, but thats just me. One could just go with the pose.
 6. Proportions are off, the body looks too small for the legs its in and if it were to have arms they'd be either gigantic or WAY too small due to trying to fit in with legs or torso.
That's just my 5 cents of looking at the sprite. Didn't download it to check it closely.
And while I do appreciate criticism, thats all things one should check by himself doing the sprite. I did a horrendous mistake in my Jackie Chun I'm going to fix soon and I found about it alone.
Couldn't see the tweak tho, so he may have changed some of these.
Also, he said that he wanted someone to finish the sprite, so is criticism really necessary?

Hmm...Did you thought about twisting her torso and leg a little bit? It's because when you make either a punch or a kick the whole body moves according to the movement. Something like these:

And I think her head is a little tilted down, It seems she is looking to the ground instead of her opponent.
Well, Unfortunately I'm not a spriter or animator for now, I don't know how hard might be to create this char, this is just my amateur vision maybe someone with professional vision could help you out better than me.

Man I really like her in Brazilian pallete  :P 
Good use of the blue of our flag by the way, instead of just green and yellow like always it is made.
