No, I mean Capcom drastically nerfed Sen'enshu in SFA3 (which is where I got the data from). The startup speed (and probably the vels too) are much, much slower than they are in SFA2.

It's dependent upon the lifebar implementation, otherwise it is literally impossible to get an explod on top of the lifebars. That's why MFJ has two .def files for each power bar configuration.

Too slow? You did remember to adjust the velocities for CvS2 3-star turbo, right?

To do that, you multiply all velocities by (5.0/4.0) and all accelerations by (25.0/16.0).

My lifebar sprites are set to layerno=2, because I wanted the lifebars to be displayed on top of the characters. But now, I want to display an explod above the lifebars... How can I do this? I already tried ontop=1...

Still being worked on. Froz is pretty busy!

here's the list of tentative Chun-Li changes/updates:

 - much like Joe, she'll be completely recoded, and will be using 100% accurate CvS2 data... except for all the times when I decide to change shit. Which is somewhat often.
 - Will be adding her Kintekishu ->Tenkukyaku -> Tenshokyaku target combo from SFIV
 - will reduce damage and hitvels on Hyakurestukyaku, so that she does the same amount of damage, but more hits. It feels weird that she only does 4 hits max in CvS2, most other games it's around 6!!!
 - I think I'll increase the number of hits both versions of Kikosho does. I'm not sure about making the level 2 version do 20 hits (like it does in SFIII/IV), but I definitely won't be leaving them at 5/8 hits (respectively). It's underwhelming!
 - Sen'enshu will be updated to use SFA2 vels/timings, cuz it's waaay too slow as it is now (it's currently based on SFA3).

Yeah, i know that i've already used this theme,: http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/greece-rnk-137798.0.html , but this is what i wanted in a first thought, and i don't want to left the resources lost, so i decided to finish (sort of) this damn thing!
   It's based in a stage seem in the game "The Eye of Typhoon" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Eye_of_Typhoon  (there's some good ideas in that game) whit some creative liberty. I had to axe some deatils to keep the stage in the default KOF classic measures, for lack of equivalent sprites :(  and to avoid visual pollution , but i think it isn't that bad (i can't judge my own work...)



  I'm not an ancient art expert but i can recognize some details here:

Please use something from Yars' Revenge in your screen pack. This was one of my favorite games back then.
I was thinking of using Yars' Revenge as game over xD haha  you know when you shot the lazer and hit the target and make that big explosion sound
