Ivy is showing a little less skin than in SCIV, and about as much as she did in the first games. The only major difference from her classic design is that she's missing the sheer fabric covering her belly. SCV is the odd one out, this is business as usual for her.
I will be modding KOF classic voice for the old character in battle for all charater that get voice changed, characters doesn't get voice changed like Benimaru will not be modded. To be used, you must have the pack extracted from AT Ryo Sakazaki guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1244909038. You will have to rename the Voice folder in each charater folder to get KOF XIV voice back, simply rename it to voicea or voicef and rename the voice folder to something else.
The movehit reset is constantly triggered, so it's placement (sandwiched between the 2 other controllers), makes it so Var(30) = 1 will have virtually no effect as it resets immediately. I understand it does not have ignorehitpause, so maybe there is a delay and this isn't actually the problem...
Try adding to the HitDef hitonce = 1

hitonce = hitonce_flag (boolean) If set to 1, the HitDef only affects one opponent. If the hit is successful, all other targets will be dropped. Normally defaults to 0. The exception is if the "attr" parameter is a throw type, which makes it default to 1.
