So I got the laser to work and it hits. But Im still having trouble with my work getting erased. Even when I save all. My moves all still work, but the sprites for my laser and a couple other special attacks are gone and I have to re add them. Do I need a seperate cns?
K4thos is the one who hooked it up for me at the time to work like it does. Honestly, I was at one point interested in helping some of you, but it’s a lot of work and I’m not really motivated anymore to go out of my way. I am addressing everyone who is pming me. Sometimes you just have to look at something extensively to understand it. Look at the variable from the config list, see where it connects to etc. There is a syntax. K, you should post your progress on your thing, it’s dope.
OAN. Damn.. I’ve been chipping away at KOF 94’-95’ relevant characters so I can make the proposed “in-game cutscenes” If you haven’t been following along I guess I can use this topic for something. Progressively going through the arcs from the beginning. The plan was to recreate all arcs with 2D animation before taking on an original story. K4thos kinda bailed mid development after he proposed this idea so I can’t actually implement the scenes how I would like, though I can still make them. I am still going at this one solo, since the first page, all those years ago trying to learn to get to this point and I’d say it’s coming along nicely. I did release something playable if you wanted to check it out in description of videos.
Side note.. I have all of KOF All Stars sound collection, I can show you how to rip yourself if interested. I think I discovered how to rip any game. Just have the remainder of Team Japan and I can start on it. Like a lil movie of sorts. Not much I suppose, but something to temporarily entertain. From there I’ll go SF1 back and forth between series. I’ve made playlists for individual series so be sure to check those out.

Yeah I am not arguing the custom ports stuff, its just from what Ive seen in the majority of videos posted here.
As for 1.0 running better on older PC's, yeah that's true. I do find it weird though 1.0 runs awful for me its constantly dropping frames and it runs between 50/60 it may have something to do with AMD and their drivers but who knows, with 1.1 I don't have that issue.
Also, when Jotaro is hard knocked down, he bounces and then he's able to stand up. He is unable to get up before the bounce and sometimes you want to keep the pressure going. By bounce I mean an animation he does.
I would also speed up the EX star finger a tad bit, If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me, but I don't see any difference between the ex version of star finger or and the normal one, well I think the EX one has a tad bit longer hit stun and damage but from what I am seeing that's it and as it stands that ain't worth the bar usage.
Speeding it up a tad bit will result is some wake up shenanigans if you time it right and I feel it will be worth the bar usage in that manner.
I would also tweak the EX dash punch ( DB any punch) so Jotaro can continue a combo after it, bar the movement bonus I don't see the EX version's use. When it connects Jotaro is unable to move. I would live him open if its blocked though so he can get punished.

To me it was that bad, and slow, so i turned on my mobile without sound and with screen dimmed to go browsing, then the guy sat next to me provoked me by turn on his phone and pointing it toward my face. Because he said my mobile that is dimmed is blinding him, so i look at him, slowly getting angrier inside so i stood up and leave before doing something stupid.
Lakshmi is a support Saber with a plethora of additional effects on her skills that buff a single ally (invincibility, with a chance of HP regen, damage cut) or the entire party (Atk buff with a chance of star gen and crit strength), but said effects are chance based (60% to proc). Fortunately her 3rd skill has the ability to up the buff chance to the entire party (similar to Ozy). Her offenses are second to her support skills, but still boasts an above average Atk and NP gain which allows her to be used quite efficiently in a standard double Skadi set up for 3 turn farming.
She also appears to have the Saberface trait, so looking like Jeanne/Okita is intentional this time...

When she was young she played with Yuichi and she said to Yuichi "There are demons coming." Yuichi said "No! There ARE NOT ANY DEMONS." There was a time that he believed that. Then as he got oldered he never stopped. But now in the school of the snowy town he was fighting the demons. "This is Yuichi" his voice crackered. "You must fight the demons." So Mai gotted her sowrd and smashed the wall. "SHE GOING TO KILL US" said the demons "I will attack at her" said the demon and he launched across the floor. Mai sworded at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill. "No! I must kill the demons" she shouted Yuichi said "No, Mai. You are the demons" And then Mai was a bunny.
Yeah, the process of updated to the lastest add004 version is not so simple, well for me at least. I'm planning to do that with all the edits.
I don't see a point. Each time add004 system is updated your chars becomes incompatible with it. Based on what I see in other authors characters that release them pre-patched (not sure if the same is true for your edits), very often .a4bk backup files are not up to date with files already patched with add004, so automatically removing add004 code in such cases is not an option.
In other words you want to add something that has little to no benefit at all. add004 comes with dedicated patcher and everyone who use this system already know how to patch characters.
Reversaldef can sometimes take some hitdef parameters. You could try an affectteam = B on it. Or swap to hitoverride and go through a convoluted path to detect the helper didn't hit the player and needs to turn around.
