You could try sets the var to hitcount if hitcount is greater than *or equal to* the var.

I was able to pull Tharja, Robin, Lissa, and some random Saber in under 60 orbs. I don't know if I want to go for Chrom at this point.

Wanted another Tharja or Lissa for SI purposes, but got another Robin. Though I now plan on giving his A-skill to my +Spd/-HP Eldigan after I refine his weapon so he can hit 61 Atk and 40 Spd unbuffed when under 80% HP.

Wait, What?
It increases after the first hit and it increases to 2 and higher numbers when the combo is larger than 2.
So it skips the number 2?
It shows 1, then shows 3?
or on the first hit it shows 1, then on the 3rd hit it shows 2?

Post your add and reset code. Would help a lot I think.

After the 3rd combo hit, the var increases to 2, after the 4th it increases to 3

Have you tried adding ParentVarSet to the Helper?

fvar(10) = root,fvar(10)*0.95

Coming back to try and give this game another shot...and to try and get Tharja again.

EDIT: Took me so many damn times farming Orbs and getting 2 Soliels but I finally got the Christmas Tharja.

Apparently wearing less Armor gives increased defenses, but makes you slow as hell.

Also next Tempest is Awakening themed (with Male Robin likely as final boss) and next Bound Hero Battle will be Raven and Lucius.

Okay, I give adding the root,fvar(10) a try on the helper's hitdef like this

And I'm getting it's damage to be affected by the dampener without the attackmulset code underneath the helper state that's supposed to rectify how helper with hitdef is not getting affected by attackmulset from state -3.

I only got the idea of applying the attackmulset code with root,fvar(10) underneath the helper from this place

But it seems unreliable though I get some codes to work

Now, I'm trying to apply damage dampener on helper with hitdef so the next attack after the helper based attack whether it's helper based attack or not get's affected by the dampener:

Code:
[State 2020, Helper Attack Scale]
type = AttackMulSet
trigger1 = 1
value = fvar(10)*0.95
ignorehitpause = 1

OR

Code:
[State 200, Damage Dampen]
type = varset
trigger1 = movehit
fvar(10) = fvar(10)*0.95
ignorehitpause = 1
persistent = 0

I tried to apply these codes under the helper's state so the next attack the combo from the helper based move get's proper damage reduction and it ends up not working.

Do I have to approach it differently when applying proration on helper with hitdefs?

The reason I'm trying to implement the proration code for each attack so I have some control on how much the next attack would get reduced based on which attack hits the p2 before the next attack.
