Would other chars have Omega forms, a la USF4, the Super chars in Super Turbo, or the bosses in C2: Judgement Clay (odd thing to reference, I know)? You could give them some different specials, a different super, maybe even make it so that the Omega turtles play like their Genesis counterparts.
No. Omega Shredder is relevant to the plot cause TF shredder was literally a cyborg while this one is a resurrected dead shredder.
I expected a few more grappling elements, since he has a command throw. Maybe a grappler with Dhalsim limbs wouldn't really work out.
Glad to see he got another special move. He never really had much to work with in the original game.
His command grab has an actual command to it now. One version is the classic, the other moves him forward instead of back and the Omega version is an anti air that starts with a physical hit. He really didn't need much else as he was already very solid in the original game. I just didn't want anyone with only 2 moves in this one.
Tried to get an Ayra that's not -spd, got a Celica. I'm gonna stop rolling for a while, that's too much luck for just a few orbs. I'll wait for the end of the month to try and not get a new Blarblade user (who's not Odin).
A little while ago I was asked to adapt my work on Dr. Wily to WinMUGEN, and this followed by me telling I'm not in the mood of doing it as he would lose some stuff in the result. But then, while pondering about my recent WIPs, I looked at my following freetime and thought:
Hey, he won't really lose so much stuff so, why not?
So yeah, this is pretty much it. The same work I had made to Dr. Wily in MUGEN 1.0/1.1, adapted to be WinMUGEN compatible. The main difference about this version is the removal of 1.0 stuff like victory quotes and the stage interactive intro, and now Wily's AI level has to be set trough the Config file (you can disable it too)
