How did you guys handle the last 3 exhibition matches? I tried doing the Medb challenge but things went to shit once the druids came out.

i used drake , anne&mary & martha as frontlines ,  shiki ryougi as my main damage with mlb event CE and another support assassin with MLB CE in case of backup damage.

don't use male servants , you won't be able to remove her debuff , she'll cast it again the next turn.

for gilgamesh i fucked him up with my lancer servants which i have a lot. but my main lancer alter and cu chulainn for big crits.  don't remove gilgamesh's buff , use anyone who has minus armor like ibaraki.  gilgamesh will stack multiple damage + every turn so prepare a good high rate survival servants that could do damage.

and the last one use anyone you want just bring anyone who can debuff and buff. but kill them in this order.
jack , amakusa , lancer or anyone who has np full except medea , ozymandias and then kill medea (note: remove buff skill right after you kill medea and ozy)

you can follow that or do whatever you want but whatever you do not kill medea and nero early it'll make it harder.

honestly hercules was the only one who gave me trouble in this event. probably because i didn't have any CE when i fought him and i didn't brought my big hitters.

Just finished spriting and coding his DM, I updated the first post to reflect that I abandoned the Militia idea and instead went with something more related to his powers. He basically grabs his opponent and takes out a live grenade, letting it explode right between them, doing a ton of damage to the opponent but none to him because of his powers.

He is basically done. Just need to find a voice actor and finish adding the stripes/trim to his sprites. Probably looking at a beta release soon.

That's great! A soldier like him would do something like that. I can't wait to see if you can get a good va for him, and I wonder who are you going to work on next for the game.

Put [CharacterName]AI.def and the [CharacterName]AI folder in the character's folder.
In select.def, you'll have to specify the path to the AI's def file. So in Ruby's case, instead of typing this in the select.def:

Wow, those are great news.
Anything coming from you is a mainstay in a lot of my different Mugens.

You're creative, talented, and anything SHADES is amazing.
Castle, as said earlier looks pretty good, can't wait to play him, and to see your next SHADES project.

You are better off having 1-2 very strong Riders to deal with the Druids specifically. If you have Carmilla or Ryougi Assassin, they are more than enough to handle Medb once you take out 1-2 soldiers with their NP.

Rider Kintoki, Ozy, Drake, whoever you have on hand that's strong and can take them out as quickly as possible.

Corvus, have u thought in CS Earthquake from SvC? His chain and some parts of his clothes, aswell his skin and the stick shares colours.

I'm the same way with Genjuro. Having him share colors with his hair, red clothing and a part of his skin kinda urks me.

Yeah, that is definitely something that will have to be taken care of, and I would imagine that the same applies to Ruby and Yang. It shouldn't be too hard to fix though.

Yes, however, you have to adjust a few settings individually. Here are the instructions from Holn himself:

Judging from the "screenshots" (or whatever those are supposed to be) he posted, he just doesn't like crisp and clean graphics and would prefer the game to look like a blurry mess that makes your eyes bleed. ¬_¬

I'm actually am hopeful for a proper Neo Geo Battle Coliseum 2 (if ever there are plans for one) and any other SNK fighting games.

Middle part talks about game mechanics and starting at 4:04 talks about pretty much what everyone is discussing here lately.

So, I'm coming close to being done with Mai's updates. Along with some other updates that I'll go into more in the corresponding thread when the time comes. After Mai, I'll start on Morrigan. So here's her new template if anyone is interested:



Special thanks to Duke of Corvus for the template and help with finishing her off. I'll try to convert all her old pals to this new CS, but no promises. I couldn't even manage to do that with Lilith, and she had far less pals. :P I'll more than likely just pick my fave 12 to convert from her old pals. Any new pals will be included in her update.

I think I already did that.
