tony's voice actor is a pretty good impersonator of robert downey junior.
i like this new story mode too, much better than mvc3's one.

Damn, those symbiotes look hardcore. Even Spidey goes black, of course. Symbiotes and Umbrella zombies could be rough.
Sadly, that's only as DLC. The video description in the Capcom UK trailer confirms that this is the base roster.
You mean everyone we see in the trailer ? Because Black Panther is in it.

+Jedah being a major threat as expected.  Even leads to a Dante/Jedah duel but I feel the writers are gonna botch that.

+Seeing Dr. Light involved is funny yet cool.

+Chun-Li's face improved.

-Civil War-esque route.  Ugh.  Hope it's minor.

-Seeing Chun-Li's voice movement makes me believe Capcom character voices still suffer from lipsynching so Japanese voices likely in only for them where as Marvel character voices sync perfectly.  Yet, others like Chris sync just as well.

-Ghost Rider's new voice.  Why.

Sadly, that's only as DLC. The video description in the Capcom UK trailer confirms that this is the base roster. Meaning MonHun is also DLC which sucks, could've been perfect as a base character. It's obvious to me that the story mode took up the majority of the budget and relayed the decision of a small base roster. This game will probably have tons of DLC anyway, but as a launch roster this is VERY lackluster. Can't help to think of which characters (if any) we could've gotten at base were it not for the story mode.

You can see Hunter for a split second in some of those group shots, so there's that confirmed.  Also Metro City with all those symbiote monsters definitely speaks to Venom showing up before too long.

:EDIT: Never mind, my phones resolution sucks.  It was Spencer I saw, not Hunter.

- That is KOF thing where grapplers can cancel into their command grabs and they will still connect. I had to lower the damage of his command grabs due to this feature.

- Just saw that on Jill, so I think it's fixed it now. Here's an example of the new command:

Also Gatling Attack is now ordered much like how KFG's Kung Fu Charge is ordered. (I assume that charge moves must always have priority over motion moves?)

- You can tech his Mount Tackle's followups in the KOF games. It was a unique property that I believe was later removed. (You can't tech this move in KOF XIV?)

- Fixed now, it lasts for a frame longer.

Thanks man! The character has been updated now.
Also I got that win pose glitch to work again with a running jump.

i try this stage and dont work on 1.0, download the new vertion and only is a black screen

As the assets in this stage are high-quality PNG files it will only work with MUGEN version 1.1

I apologize.

I would also like to add that due to my life being super busy for the foreseeable future, I do not plan on downgrading the stage to work with 1.0 anytime soon...

That being said, I recommend updating to MUGEN 1.1 as it is far superior to 1.0 in almost every way.

Chin Gentsai, the Drunken Fist Master now has his AI patch. He will move and attack slowly with his Sake bottle, he also make some combos with his fire breath.

the background from after  burner, hells yeah ! Looking great man.

I had to cut out the planes from 300 something sprites by hand to make it happen. I kept thinking to myself (this better be worth it in the end). Luckily it turned out pretty good.

That's a really freakin cool hyper.

The only suggestion I have to improve it, is if you slow/speed up the background animation to give the hits more emphasis - since the camera is following Superman who is changing speed.  When Superman charges forward to hit the BG anim should speed up, then slow down when P2 is hit.... speed back up again for 2nd charge, slow down for 2nd hit.

The hyper where it's showing a side view will get a speed boost. It actually looks better/faster in a normal resolution Mugen, but the widescreen version which I record with does look really slow. Thanks for the feedback!

So just realized I haven't posted anything new in a while so let me correct that.

First up, the final members of the roster: Momiji, Kasen, and a new character called Nameless, who I'll leave for a later time. this brings the final roster size to a total of 20.

Momiji's Unique Skill: White Wolf Guard

Pressing and holding will cause Momiji to guard with her shield. Unlike regular blocking, shielding an attack will prevent all damage done to Momiji but will drain her shield gauge the longer it is held out for; this gauge regenerates over time while Momiji is not shielding. If the shield gauge empties to 0, Momiji will be unable to shield for a limited time until the gauge is restored to full.
