Next up is Mob vs Tatsumaki.  I've not seen Mob Psycho 100, but I do know ONE's propensity for writing indescribably OP characters pretty well.  Should be interesting to see how strong OPM-level characters really are when they start crunching the numbers.

one already said mob is superior to tatsumaki. so there's no point.

Actually, no. I would laugh at his face for not being to tech that throw.
Joke aside, for functioning reasons, throw has always let both player and target be invincible (this is also a thing in Tag-team fighting game). To actually make the gameplay having senses, sometimes normal logic must be thrown out of the window and this is one of these times. I don't mind if you do this to your characters since this is MUGEN and everyone can do whatever they want but this is just plain wrong in a fighting game (for all of the reasons have been stated by DarkFlare).

I mean, I suppose people can argue against the idea that they don't want to be interrupted, but at the same time, it seems like a really useful idea. Like... if you're in the middle of about to lose, and then your partner can save you barely in time... now that is what I would call an epic play if you then win. Of course, I get it, nobody wants to be interrupted like that, but still... its fascinating.
What you call epic play I call getting robbed by a bad mechanic.
Not all characters have quick throw animations. Being able to call your partner to interrupt a throw just makes turtling a stronger strategy since it removes a key method to getting through guards + removes a mix up option. You basically make throws useless.

Again...
Throws being invincible once they hit is a thing in Fighting games in general, not just Mugen.

There's a reason why it's like this.

the real reason why it's like this is....
it is sample to code.
the coder just need to think about one out come. and do the coding.

but if the throw is breakable like the demo in the video it's very complicated compare to invincible one.
the thrower need to check the state of the one who is getting throwed. is he in the state i expected?
if not where is him? what should i do? based on what, what animation should i play?
the one who getting throwed also need to check many questions.
like who is throwing me?
is he still doing the job?
if he is hit by another guy and lost me? what should I do?
should I fly away? or apply gravity?
when should i touch the ground?

but if the throw is invincible. non of the above need to be checked.

If you've got Photoshop, you can create an Action and then batch process images with it. I do that all the time.

Well, this post has my attention to say the least. Although, I do feel that this game is going to receive a lot of negative backlash because only 4 of the like... what... 50+ characters are available. I mean sure, its obviously a very early project, but giving people the impression that "oh hey, a fighting game version of League, I hope my favorite character is in it" and then not seeing them, turns a lot of people sour. Its quite unfortunate, but it happens.

How do I disable the ai for p3 and p4? I use a tag team feature for my build and I would like to use it without relying on a 3rd party launcher or a .bat script

Also is it possible to have the cursor automatically only go to simul if you hide both single and turns? I know that you can hide them by default but if you press a button without pressing down you automatically pick single which breaks my build.

is there a better mugen archive site than well mugen archive (what's up with the censor? still got beef with MA?) i just reintalled mugen and i happen to have free time this weekend and probably redownload old stages and characters. the ones in archive mostly dead links and same goes here too.

I also would have to say MFFA, except for the fact that recently, a lot of files have started to disappear, so you might want to get them before they become obsolete. Its an unfortunate circumstance. Eventually, someone will make a list of links to mediafire/onedrive/etc for character's creations.

That is where the screenpack is with all the characters, including Frank West in PotS style. Naturally, I would have given you the character directly, but I don't feel like downloading over 1GB of data just to do that. So sorry friend, but this is the least I could do for ya.

Has anyone made a set of SFA3/SFZ3 lifebars for winmugen (320x240)? (Mostly for testing/collection purposes...)

Unfortunately, all options you have are on MA.

For SFA3, there is Claudio Toxi's version.
For SFZ3, there is Nikkio78/Garuda's version.

Both are on MA, SFZ3 uploaded by Juu-Bei, and SFA3 uploaded by xWagnerPlaguesx.

Anyone know if the most recent versions of Pullo's characters were re-uploaded anywhere? Trying the blog doesn't get anything downloaded.

Everything happens to be on MA nowadays unfortunately. Hopefully enough people from here and MFFA can begin stockpiling them elsewhere.

Is it possible to just show big portrait rather than animation? I just want to enable the selection sounds.
I also want to suggest; in simul/turns mode, show partner's portrait in vs/winquote screen?

Personally I prefer this version over v4 you showed later. Somewhat the standing knee kick pose you use for the finisher destroys the flow for me in your later videos.
So why not take both? First for weak version and second for strong version?
As I don't mind edits to go far astray from the source, I don't really buy the "it doesn't fit Sagat" argument...
Though on the other hand, I'd stick with the brawling excluding the tiger shot energy. I'd say it will look more brutal without additional SFX.

I have about 250-300 of these files that I need to convert to indexed, with a pink transparent background, however is there and fast or efficient way to doing this instead of one by one?

Charizard having a G-Max is a good thing because Gamefreak is aware that its megas finally made it meta relevant and a lot of people enjoyed that. Charizard is absolute trash without megas so it needed something to compensate. Butterfree I'm cool with too because it's like an opposite day thing with Mega Beedrill. The rest is just meh whatever. Still not really demanding my full interest.

Aun no la escucho? esta en el anime de lo 80as o es la version que se escucha en el nuevo anime 3d?

la version de netflix que ha sido destrosada por el publico ferviente de la vieja serie, pero el intro es plato aparte, lo pongo a todo volumen y no puedo parar de escucharlo.  La pongo para que me de animos por la mañana antes de salir :D es hermosa.
