It shouldn't have even gotten that high, it was a minor update that qualified it for this month and there were more deserving candidates that were actually new.

Yeah it was when we were revamping the whole thing, and since they're gonna be permanent, it makes more sense to only display the highest level one (because a CotY award means you've already won a CotM award anyway).
