Thanks Guys, for the votes. I just wonder is it even necessary to even keep being nominated/win COTM, especially now that you keep the star forever, instead of month to month? I think it would be better for more/other creators to start being nominated/winning COTM. I also want to know is there a thread where all the previous COTM are listed? I would like to check out some previous years characters that I might have missed.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

Hey, I'm happy enough that I got twenty something votes on my very first character. There are also still more modes to add, and as I understand it, a character can qualify for nomination again if it gets updated.

I'm just amused with the character that got zero votes. It's like apparently the people that nominated it did so only for laughs and not because they think it really warrants their vote.

I've been thinking something similar from day one (I suggested limiting nominations per user back when Rajaa ran the whole thing, but that was ignored). Maybe we shouldn't allow twice as many nomations as actual votes, or the nominee requisites should be higher (5+ nominations).
