I noticed in the commands that you put ~ in front of the attack buttons. When it was there, It messed the command up and didn't do the move when I input it. Don't put ~ in front of attack buttons otherwise you will have a stale special/hyper.

Ok, Now I will list all of the bugs of Rombo in the post. I will edit and update often. (I almost have a solution for every bug.)

1. The Spin Kick is not AirOK its Air only. Make it so you you can do it on the ground. Also it does not have a strong version of it.
2. Most Lvl. 2 Hypers don't activate when you push 2 buttons. It just does the Lvl. 1 Version of it. I really recommend making the hypers SFA Style (Light = Lvl. 1, Medium = Lvl. 2, and Strong = Lvl. 3 ) (P.S. If you dont know what SFA means, its Street Fighter Alpha)
3. The uppah has too little time to perform it. Usually I recommend making upper move's time 20 because beginners can perform it easier. (Same goes for the spin kick.)
4. The standing strong kick doesn't have a sound when you use it.

1.the spin kick is also ground as well. what  I did was trigger it as a combo with the multi-kick, then it can perform the move before it's done. i'll fix it in the next update.

I think he means like this:

For example your char does a super hadouken.

Level 1 special goes to light jab. (X)
Level 2 special goes to light punch. (Y)
Level 3 special goes to strong punch. (Z)

Like this.
