Kinda got Some what excited that Guy was in SSF4. So thought i come up with an idea like what if SF4 or SSF4 was 2D style

P.S I might make a Full Guy Sprite pack if people like it O.o

Making the sprite a bit bigger than SF3 doesn't ressemble him to the SF-4 style...You haven't made more changes than the resize, and that doesn't works at all.

Second, the shading looks more like an intermediate step between capcom and snk.

At least you tried. Hoping someone develope it into 2d as accurate as possible but...that's something hard to find these days...

Well i said SF4-ish O.o

In all honesty, I can't really agree with Felo with the "intermediate step" comment - it more resembles a well made SF2-ish sprite (well made meaning that the light source is good and the proportions aren't crap). I'd actually want to use this style with some sprites some time, I think you're on to something, here.
