If I'm not mistaken, those textures are not 100% accurate, because of the color edit stuff.
Textures don't affect the actual model.
And in any case those textures are ripped from the game itself, so...

The game has a shader though (Have you seen the unshaded SFIV models? They look kinda... different)

different = ugly.

Yeah, the shaders do wonders. It's a very well planned out game visually, if you put everything into the engine, but the models by themselves or the textures aren't all that pretty if you remove them from the engine's context.

Yup, that model pretty much confirms that she's tucking her business at SFxT.

Good attention to the details by Capcom artists there.

The model itself doesn't seem strange compared to others. It's the texture what stands out. And I mention the extract accuracy because textures in SFxT are coded differently from SF4, and last I knew the files were some strange colorless thing that was affected by the color edit mode.
