My first ever edit of a screenpack and anything else done in M.U.G.E.N

I wanted to give the original one some love so here's a patch for 1.1b.

If you're wondering why the split in the middle, it's just me. Like keeping Capcom and SNK together. :S
I also scaled the font of the names for the select and versus screen. If anything else needs done, feel free to comment.

The system.sff goes into the mugen1 folder, system.def into the big folder and select.def into the data folder.

That's what I've done.

Doing some fixes that I missed on and working on a team category patch.
