In all honesty that drawing is not that bad. The nose could use a bit of work. Try adding a little shading to the bridge of her nose. Right now it looks some what like a Simpsons style nose with a band aid on it. Adding nostrils to it would be a good idea also.     

The cuts a bruises need more detail. Some of them look like random lines or blotches.
